At WoundWorx, we operate a lean, patient-centered care team designed for maximum impact and efficiency. Our services are led by Joanna King, DNP, FNP-BC, a triple-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care, diabetic foot care, and lymphedema management. Joanna oversees all clinical operations and provides in-home advanced care across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. She is supported by a dedicated Registered Nurse who assists with pre-charting, intake calls, and coordination tasks . Our Receptionist manages appointment scheduling, patient communications, and referral intake to ensure smooth daily operations. We also utilize a Security & Logistics Specialist who supports provider safety, assists with equipment transport, and ensures care delivery runs smoothly in home environments.
